Since they nest into each other when stacked more nestable plastic pallets fit within a confined space than the standard plastic pallets. For example, 2,250 GS4840NESTHD Nestable Plastic Pallets (representative picture below) can fit in a 53 Foot Trailer Truck as opposed to 540 units of the GS4840003 Rackable Plastic Pallets (photo below). That’s over 4 times more pallets in a truck load. Depending on your application, nestable plastic pallets may provide the Return on Investment (ROI) your company is looking for. Before making that decision, however, it is highly recommended that at least one or two nestable plastic pallets be purchased and tested.
