Choose From Several Types of Edge Rackable Plastic Pallets

Our broad selection of rackable plastic pallets includes:

  • Rackable Plastic Pallet: Designed for maximum life, this base-model injection-molded HDPE plastic pallet features an innovative ribbed construction that ensures fast, easy cleaning. The forked openings with tapered entry and exit simplify handling, while the bottom design is well-suited for automated conveying processes. The pallet can accommodate loads weighing up to 2,100 lbs.
  • General-Purpose Rackable Plastic Pallet: These edge-rackable plastic pallets include telescoping double legs that significantly reduce forklift damage. The advanced ratchet fastening system and gas-assist molding process provide a smooth finish that facilitates cleaning, while also providing superior stiffness and enhanced impact resistance. The innovative pallet jack guide also minimizes the risk of damage.
  • Solid Top Plastic Pallet: Designed and constructed for heavy-duty material handling applications, this rackable pallet features a solid top that can accommodate edge loads of up to 3,000 lbs. The smooth surface also ensures compatibility with hygienic processing operations. The 40" W x 48" L top provides ample surface space for larger loads. This FDA-approved pallet also includes four-way pallet jack entry for maximum flexibility when loading and unloading.
  • ECO Rackable Plastic Pallet: This black solid top plastic pallet features beveled approach edges that permit easy pallet jack and forklift entry. The unique welding process minimizes leakage that can cause damage or spoilage. Five runners installed underneath the pallet provide additional support and facilitate stacking. The HDPE plastic material enables safe use in temperatures ranging from -22 degrees to 104 degrees Fahrenheit.

Rackable Plastic Pallet Benefits

Edge-rackable plastic pallets offer a lightweight design and construction that makes loading, unloading and transporting easier. They also provide the ideal fit on warehouse racking, allowing you to maximize storage space in your facility. The washable HDPE plastic material is well-suited for hygienic environments and also reduces the costs associated with frequent pallet replacement.

And, unlike wood pallets, edge-rackable pallets will not rot and provide excellent resistance to weathering and corrosion. You'll get a highly-durable and flexible product that will add significant value to your warehousing or material handling operation.

Edge-Rackable Pallet Applications

Rackable plastic pallets have many uses in material handling applications. They work well for transporting smaller items or products where sanitation is essential, such as those found in food and meat processing. They also serve the needs of organizations that focus on being good stewards of the environment.
