DC Pallet Inverter - pallet grippers

Custom built pallet inverter with dual clamping pallets, pallet grippers to retain the pallet and moving side wall to square up the load prior to 180 degree inversion. 180 Degree Box Dumper

The SC-75P/HBG pallet inverter is compact by design and takes up less floor space than traditional box dumpers. Invert the box 180 degrees to dump bulk materials into a hopper to meter powders/seeds through a gate valve for dust-free operation. Customization can include: raised platform to increase dump height; push button, lanyard or auto controls; manual or pneumatic slide gate; extended clamp range, multiple stop locations, light curtains and perimeter guards for employee protection.

DC-2CDLR-IL-FSW Inline Pallet Inverter

The Modular In-Line 180 degree Dual Clamp Load Inverter features a folding sidewall and top/bottom clamp tables with pallet grippers to securely handle plastic, wood, and CHEP pallets. Electric Pallet Dispenser

Cherry's Industrial Pallet Dispenser automatically dispenses and stacks pallets at ground level. Operation of the dispenser is fully automatic and only requires the operator to remove a pallet in the dispenser mode or place a pallet into it in the stack mode through use of a pallet jack.

Low Duty Container Dispenser

Cherry's Low Duty Container Dispenser is designed to make collapsible containers easy to retrieve. Instead of waiting for that fork lift driver to bring down a container from the top of the stack you can now obtain a container from the bottom of the stack utilizing a simple manual or electric pallet truck.

Gantry Sheet/Board Dispenser

Cherry's offers slip sheet dispensers and gantry style pallet dispensers, which are essential pieces of any high-speed case palletizer or autonomous robotic work cell. This overhead gantry style sheet dispenser is capable of handling wood, aluminum, metal or plastic pallets to stack or remove them from the tops of loads. The sheet dispenser deposits a protective sheet onto the pallet or adds a divider board between layers. Pallet magazines hold up to 15 pallets and are replenished with a forklift in some sheet dispenser models.
