Product Information

The LS-108 Pallet Straightener squares stacks that will be used in high speed palletizers, ASRS systems or robotic work cells. This unit perfectly aligns the edges of pallet which is often a cause of trip offs in line automation. The hydralic unit is loaded and unloaded with a forklift or pallet jack and the operator controls can be manual or fully automatic with a lanyard or radio remote control.

Guards

The LS-108 Pallet Straightener can be optioned with crash guards and bollard to protect the equipment against forklift damage. Optional personnel guarding includes a 3-sided high style perimeter guard. For added safety, light curtains or a safety laser scanner can be added to protect the area inside of the fence and the entrance into the machine.

The LS-108 offers a variety of control configuration options to fit the needs of your warehouse operations. A push button pendant with energy saver functionality can be attached to the side of the guarding, hung from the ceiling or placed on a metal surface or post. Other add-ons include: a safety ready auto pendant, an operator console, or radio remote controls.
