Gantry Sheet/Board Dispenser

Cherry's offers slip sheet dispensers and gantry style pallet dispensers, which are essential pieces of any high-speed case palletizer or autonomous robotic work cell. This overhead gantry style sheet dispenser is capable of handling wood, aluminum, metal or plastic pallets to stack or remove them from the tops of loads. The sheet dispenser deposits a protective sheet onto the pallet or adds a divider board between layers. Pallet magazines hold up to 15 pallets and are replenished with a forklift in some sheet dispenser models.

Product Information

The RM-975 can automatically dispense sheets or captive boards for palletizing or load transferring operations. A carriage assembly transfers the sheet or board horizontally to one of two pickup stations where it is lowered and released. Loading of this dispenser is done at a right angle.
