The PPW-C24-SZ5-FRZ1-DAHZ5 Stainless Steel Automatic Pallet Washer is specifically designed to clean pallets as large as 48" x 48" x 6.5". This Stage 3 model provides a 60" spray zone to cleanse plastic pallets utilizing heated recirculating water. The unit has a 7.5 HP pump that generates an output of 150 GPMs at 50 PSIs. The Fresh Rinse portion of the unit has a 12" spray zone and utilizes approximately 3 gallons per minute. The Dry Air Heat module has a 60" air blast zone and heats up to 200 degrees Fahrenheit.

In some systems, it is necessary to place a pallet in (or lift it in) and grab from the other side, operating somewhat like a car wash. The self-feeding cleaning machine, however, will take an entire stack of pallets, tip a single pallet on edge, wash, sanitize, and then restack the clean and sanitized pallets on the other side – and in the process dry them and they are ready for re-use with confidence.
