Low-duty inverters typically provide the most reliable, safe and cost-effective solution for turning over loads for pallet replacement or damage recovery. Whether the need is for pallet replacement or damage recovery loads no longer need to be manually hand stacked from one pallet to another. With the push of a button product can be turned so that a pallet is swapped and within moments a load is fully transferred on to a new pallet. The same concept applies for damage recovery. Once a load is turned over the damaged product which was at the bottom of the stack is now accessible to the employee for replacement. The risk for workplace injuries drastically declines along with workers compensation claims. Ultimately, your place of operation will increase in both safety and productivity.
Lightweight pallet inverters are essential pieces of equipment in numerous material handling applications. Industries that rely heavily on their use include food and pharmaceuticals. In the food industry, for example, inverters enable workers to transfer goods from the shipping pallets to FDA plastic pallets. The goal here is to prevent any potential contamination that may result from particles and splinters that come from standard wood pallets. The pharmaceutical industry along with the food industry demand a sanitary environment and for this reason the transferring of loads from wood pallets to hygienic /washable pallets is a must.
