Product Information

The "Cadet" Low Duty Pallet Inverter addresses various material handling applications. Here are just a few: Exchanging one pallet for another such as an in-house pallet for an export pallet; Inverting printed sheets of material for the purpose of printing on the otherside, or turning over a pallet of stacked product to locate and remove any damaged product resting proximate to the pallet. The "Cadet" has a 2,500 lb capacity and comes with a handheld 4 button pendant controller with an emergency stop button. The power on-demand hydraulic unit (an Energy Savings Feature) enables the "Cadet" to function only upon depression of any of the individual pendant control buttons. This amazing low duty inverter comes with a 1 Year Labor and Parts Warranty. Made in the USA.

Configuration Options


Controls

The LDI-SC78 offers 2 fundamental control configuration options to fit the needs of your warehouse operations. The standard energy saver pendant with E-Stop and illuminated switches can be magnetically held on the side of the guarding. An additional light curtain reset is available for the same style control pendant for use with light curtain guarding. To further minimize risk, the safety-ready electrical panel is available with safety relay.

Options

The standard LDI-SC78 Pallet Inverter ships complete with everything needed to get you started, floor anchors, hydraulic oil, controls, rail guarding and power unit. Guards

To enhance safety in your operations the standard LDI-SC78 includes square tube rail guarding that protects the equipment against forklift damage. Optional personnel guarding features a 3-sided 78 high style perimeter guards. For added safety, light curtains can be added to protect the area inside of the fence and around the machine.
