Product Information

A forklift operator loads a stack of 10 pallets, after which the system takes over, eliminating all manual loading, unloading, or handling by employees. The hydraulically or pneumatically unit unstacks a pallet from the bootom of the load, then tilts a single pallet on its edge, positioning it for vertical cleaning within the washer. This ensures consistent, thorough sanitation - ideal for industries with strict hygiene standards. For safety and reliability, the DSTK includes automatic shutoff functionality when no pallets are present or in the event of a pallet jam. This modular, hands-free solution is designed to boost productivity, improve cleanliness, and enhance worker safety in industrial and distribution environments.

Configuration Options

Infeed/Exit Conveyor

The current unit includes one pallet conveying position in front of the stacker and de-stacker. Adding a 5-foot conveyor section will increase accumulation capacity and add more pallet positions. To ensure smooth transitions, pallet guides will help direct pallets onto the next conveyor. The infeed conveyor will also be fitted with extended sheet metal guards to protect operators from moving belts.

Lift/Hold and Tilt

For sites without shop air, the lift, hold, and tilt functions can be upgraded to hydraulic operation. Optional stainless steel cylinders offer enhanced durability and support hygienic operation in sensitive environments. A remote E-stop provides added safety and quick system shutdown when necessary.

Equipped with keyed access doors, options include :non-contact safety door switches, and a safety controller, the system ensures safe operation at all times. An auto shutoff sensor triggers if pallets are missing or a jam occurs, minimizing risk and downtime.
