Special Order - Built to suit. Commonly used by stevedores, fruit & vegetables importers, shredded cheese manufactures or any other company requiring an extended range from 48" up to 96". 6-button momentary contact pushbutton on a 30' cord. 6-functions include START, STOP, CLAMP UNCLAMP, ROTATE, INVERT. 24V primary voltage. Pendant can be hung from the ceiling or machine mounted with attached pendant holder.

Configuration Options


Controls

Built standard with an energy saver pendant with press and maintain push buttons that illuminate when activated. The pendant can be magnetically held in placed on a post, column or on the side of the guarding, depending on your needs. A variety of control configuration options are available for the SC-96P including: an operator console, auto controls, RF radio remote, high speed motion controls or a downgrade to lever controls.

Guards

The standard SC-96P includes square tube rail guarding that protects the equipment against forklift damage. Optional personnel guarding features a 3-sided 78” high style perimeter guards or Bosch guarding with removable maintenance sections. For added safety, light curtains and safety mats can be added to protect the area inside of the fence and around the machine.

Options

The standard SC-96P Pallet Inverter ships complete with everything needed to get you started, floor anchors, hydraulic oil, controls and power unit. More Options are available including: a profile plate to reduce the usable opening, a slip sheet profile and custom color/finishes and upgraded components to meet your application or corporate specification.
