Lever controls with high style guarding

Product Information

Best suited for tall loads ranging from 46" up to 86". Commonly used by most food service companies, distribution centers & public warehouses. Budget friendly hydraulic lever controls offer a lower cost alternative to push button controls. Clamp/unclamp and rotate/inverter levers are mounted on a flag attached to a short arm, located out in front of the machine. Manual motor starter box to start and stop electric motor.

Options

The standard SC-86L Pallet Inverter ships complete with everything needed to get you started, floor anchors, hydraulic oil, controls and power unit. More Options are available including: a profile plate to reduce the usable opening, a slip sheet profile and custom color/finishes and upgraded components to meet your application or corporate specification.

Controls

The SC-86L is outfitted with lever controls on a short arm boom with a manual on-off starter. Add-on an energy saver disconnect panel for overcurrent protection. Many controls configuration options are available to fit the needs of your warehouse operations. Upgrade to a push button pendant, a radio remote control, auto cycle, high speed or a console with a pedestal.

Guards

Rail guarding is standard with the SC-86L to protect against injury or forklift damage. Personnel guarding can be configured to the machine to enhance the safety and security of the operator. Options include 3-sided 78 high style perimeter guards. These guards protect the surrounding areas of the equipment. Note: The light curtain option is only available with electrical push button controls.
