Product Information

Our most popular model in the range handling loads from 42" up to 75". Typical applications include wood to plastic pallet transfers, outbound shipments requiring CHEP, export pallets or slip-sheets. Widely in use at most processed food, pet food, cheese, consumer products, bakery, chemical and cereal plants. Budget friendly hydraulic lever controls offer a lower cost alternative to push button controls. Clamp/unclamp and rotate/inverter levers are mounted on a flag attached to a short arm, located out in front of the machine. Manual motor starter box to start and stop electric motor.

Controls

The SC-75L is built with a two spool hydraulic valve with levers on a short arm boom and a manual starter to turn the motor on and off. Add a disconnect panel for overcurrent protection. Available control options include an electrical push button pendant, auto controls, high speed, radio remote control or an operator console on a pedestal.

Floor anchors, hydraulic oil, operator controls and a power unit all are standard items shipped complete on the SC-75L Pallet Inverter. Guards

Rail guarding is standard with the SC-75L to protect against injury or forklift damage. Personnel guarding can be configured to the machine to enhance the safety and security of the operator. Options include 3-sided 78 high style perimeter guards. These guards protect the surrounding areas of the equipment. Note: The light curtain option is only available with electrical push button controls.
