The forked openings with tapered entry and exit simplify handling, while the bottom design is well-suited for automated conveying processes. The pallet can accommodate loads weighing up to 2,100 lbs.
- General-Purpose Rackable Plastic Pallet: These edge-rackable plastic pallets include telescoping double legs that significantly reduce forklift damage. The advanced ratchet fastening system and gas-assist molding process provide a smooth finish that facilitates cleaning, while also providing superior stiffness and enhanced impact resistance. The innovative pallet jack guide also minimizes the risk of damage.
- Solid Top Plastic Pallet: Designed and constructed for heavy-duty material handling applications, this rackable pallet features a solid top that can accommodate edge loads of up to 3,000 lbs. The smooth surface also ensures compatibility with hygienic processing operations. The 40" W x 48" L top provides ample surface space for larger loads. This FDA-approved pallet also includes four-way pallet jack entry for maximum flexibility when loading and unloading.
- ECO Rackable Plastic Pallet: This black solid top plastic pallet features beveled approach edges that permit easy pallet jack and forklift entry. The unique welding process minimizes leakage that can cause damage or spoilage. Five runners installed underneath the solid top rackable pallet provide additional support and facilitate stacking. The HDPE plastic material enables safe use in temperatures ranging from -22 degrees to 104 degrees Fahrenheit.
