The 44 x 56 HDSC pallet family is available in three footprints. Its hygienic, one-piece and flow-through design makes it easy to clean and its non-porous material won?t absorb moisture or odors. It is fully optimized for automated equipment. The HDSC is designed for handling and shipping product loads in food warehousing, processing and reusable and offers dimensional consistency optimized for manufacturing environments.
The ORBIS 44 x 56 OCP Pallet is designed for handling and shipping of cans and bottles in the food and beverage industry. The 40"×"48"P3 pallet is a lightweight, stackable, hygienic, and durable solution that works seamlessly with both manual and automated material‑handling equipment. Tested at the Virginia"Tech Center for Packaging and Unit‑Load Design, the P3 outperformed traditional wood pallets across a range of metrics—including idle pallet storage, palletization, shipment, transportation, and receipt. Its plastic, flow‑through design features a full‑stringer bottom and optional accessories such as grommets, steel reinforcement, and interlocking grommet heads that reduce load shifting and product damage while improving stability when pallets are stacked. The pallet offers four‑way entry for fork trucks and hand trucks, is fully recyclable at the end of its service life, and can be edge‑rackable in the 40‑inch direction (with reinforcements available in that direction).
