PC-80

Cherry's PC-80 Free Standing Pallet Changer is a versatile pallet transfer system featuring a moving clamp table and sidewalls, ideal for loads ranging from 24" to 80" tall. Designed for safe, non-push transfers of boxes, bags, drums, and packaging materials, it gently cradles the load on three sides with adjustable pressure settings. With pallet jack or forklift access, automated PLC controls, and a touchscreen interface, it’s perfect for pharmaceutical applications and operations with limited forklift access. Optional integration with pallet stackers and dispensers available.

Controls

The PC-80 offers standard an automatic operator control panel with a manual override for maintenance. Upgrade to the Allen Bradley TFT Color touchscreen for increased functionality, diagnostics, and user input.  Add high speed motor controls to further reduce cycle times and increase operational efficiency.

Options

The PC-80 is available with many options to meet the specs for your environment and application. Maximize safety and reduce the possibility of arc flash with separate high and low voltage panels. Choose a custom paint finish that will match your companys specifications. Contact surfaces are available in stainless steel to protect the product and can be disinfected to reduce contamination.
