The KPW1MC-8-15-POR is a high-performance modular plastic pallet washer designed for efficient, same-side loading and unloading, featuring a push-over return conveyor belt that supports continuous operation. Engineered with custom high-impact nozzles, the system delivers powerful surface cleaning at a throughput rate of 60 to 100 pallets per hour. A 200-gallon tank recirculates and reuses hot water to conserve resources, while integrated vertical screen filters effectively remove debris, ensuring consistent cleaning performance. The unit's durable modular construction makes it well-suited for demanding industrial environments. Optional features include a low-pressure rinse stage for enhanced cleaning, a Positive Sanitizing Unit (PSU) for chemical sanitation, and top-mounted ventilation exhaust fans for improved air quality and moisture control.
