The GL-104 dual-clamp pallet inverter features an advanced design that provides exceptional balance and ensures maximum stability when inverting short, tall, or partial loads. The dual clamping plates travel flush to the ground or floor, eliminating the need for ramp installation. The adjustable clamping pressure reduces the risk of crushing materials. Controls

The standard operator controls are an energy saver pendant with press and maintain push buttons that illuminate when activated. A safety rated pendant adds a reset button and E-stop plus a PLd safety circuit to the main panel. A variety of additional control configuration options are available for the GL-104 including: an operator console, HMI touchscreen, auto controls, RF radio remote and high-speed motion controls.

Guards

The GL-104 has standard rail guarding to protect against injury or forklift damage. Personnel perimeter guarding can be configured to enhance the safety of the operator and maintenance personnel. Options include Bosch guarding with removable maintenance sections, 3-sided 78” high style perimeter guards or category 4 light curtains. These guards protect the front entrance and surrounding areas of the equipment.
