The DC-110 Pallet Inverter offers the largest range of any of our standard or MTO models. Dual clamping plates travel in unison, near perfect center balance provides stable inversion of tall loads up to 110" or short partial loads down to 42". Typical users include cold storage warehouses, refrigerated mixing centers or for inbound load transfers where a variety of products may be handled: boxes, drums, pails, packaging material. Standard Features include: UL508 Certified electrical panel, six button operator pendant, maintenance lock bar, leveling tables and 2" square tube heavy duty machinery guards. Three year parts and labor warranty.

The DC-110 ships complete with floor anchors, hydraulic oil, operator controls, rail guarding and hydraulic power unit. A profile plate, slip sheet profile, adjustable leveling plates, custom paint colors, stainless steel finishes and upgraded components are available to meet your application or corporate specifications.

Controls

The standard operator controls are an energy saver pendant with press and maintain push buttons that illuminate when activated. A safety rated pendant adds a reset button and E-stop plus a PLd safety circuit to the main panel. A variety of additional control configuration options are available for the DC-110including: an operator console, HMI touchscreen, auto controls, RF radio remote and high-speed motion controls.

Guards

The DC-110has standard rail guarding to protect against injury or forklift damage. Personnel perimeter guarding can be configured to enhance the safety of the operator and maintenance personnel. Options include Bosch guarding with removable maintenance sections, 3-sided 78 high style perimeter guards or category 4 light curtains and safety mats. These guards protect the front entrance and surrounding areas of the equipment.
