SC-75P/HBG

The SC-75P/HBG pallet inverter is compact by design and takes up less floor space than traditional box dumpers. Invert the box 180 degrees to dump bulk materials into a hopper to meter powders/seeds through a gate valve for dust-free operation. Customization can include: raised platform to increase dump height; push button, lanyard or auto controls; manual or pneumatic slide gate; extended clamp range, multiple stop locations, light curtains and perimeter guards for employee protection.

Cherry's can customize the SC pallet inverter to handle increased weights, large sheets, coils, unusual shapes or other materials that require simple 180 degree inversion. Interested in saving more time and eliminating steps, we can add automatic sequenced controls and pallet retaining gripper bars to eliminate manual pallet handling. From imagination to reality - with 3D modeling software we can take something as simple as a sketch on a napkin and turn it into a custom solution for your business. We're local to your facility - all of our engineers are US based, our equipment is built using US made parts in our US manufacturing plant.
