FSI-80

This system features a palletizing layer lifter with a multi-gripper head and integrated blower, mounted to a column jib crane with 270 degree movement. Designed to lift layers of boxed products and individual freezer spacers, it streamlines operations by eliminating the time and labor traditionally required to insert spacers in cold storage facilities.

Product Information

The JumboErgo 300 layer lifter system includes a multi-gripper head with suction cups and blower, a spring balancer for horizontal alignment, a VENT-ROHR-500/600-BEW vacuum valve tube for smooth product release, and ON/OFF remote controls with motor protection. It also features a 50' PVC vacuum hose, hand brake cable, and union reduction for speed control. The system is paired with a 3-meter free-standing column jib crane (13' overall height, 9'10" jib mount) with a 660 lb. capacity, integrated vacuum console, noise-reducing silencer box, and 270 degree slewing angle limiter.
