Shipping Policy (Online Sales Only – B2B Equipment)
This shipping policy applies exclusively to purchases made through our online store. All shipments are intended for commercial/business delivery locations and are subject to the following terms:
Commercial Delivery Requirement
Quoted shipping rates are based on delivery to a commercial business location with a loading dock.
Deliveries to non-commercial locations — including but not limited to residences, farms, churches, schools, construction sites, or limited-access locations — may incur additional accessorial charges.
Additional fees may also apply for:
Liftgate service
Inside delivery
Limited access or remote destinations
Appointment scheduling or re-delivery
All such charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Liftgate Requirement (No Dock Deliveries)
All non-dock deliveries will be automatically shipped with liftgate service unless otherwise approved in writing.
If the delivery location does not have a loading dock, liftgate service is mandatory, regardless of whether the customer has a forklift or other unloading equipment.
Forklift / Ground Unloading Limitations
Carriers are not obligated to:
Provide a pallet jack to move freight to the rear of the trailer
Allow unloading from the trailer using customer-owned equipment (including forklifts)
Position freight for side or rear access by a forklift
Carriers may, at their sole discretion, require freight to be unloaded only via liftgate or left at the trailer threshold.
Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the delivery location is properly equipped and accessible for safe unloading.
If liftgate service is not arranged in advance or delivery conditions are misrepresented:
Additional fees, re-delivery charges, and delays may apply
Carrier may refuse delivery until proper arrangements are made
Shipping Charges & Surcharges
Shipping rates provided at checkout are estimates only and subject to adjustment.
Fuel surcharges, carrier rate increases, and accessorial fees may apply and will be billed as incurred.
We reserve the right to invoice additional shipping-related charges after shipment if applicable.
Packaging
Standard packaging suitable for freight transit is included.
Additional packaging, crating, palletizing, or special handling may incur extra charges.
Any special packaging requests must be made in advance and are subject to approval and additional fees.
Transfer of Title & Risk of Loss
All shipments are made F.O.B. shipping point.
Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon our delivery of the goods to the carrier.
We are not responsible for loss, delay, or damage in transit once the shipment has been handed off to the carrier.
Inspection Upon Delivery (Required)
Customer is responsible for inspecting all shipments at the time of delivery.
Before signing the delivery receipt:
Inspect for visible damage, shortages, or discrepancies
Note any issues clearly on the carrier’s delivery receipt (BOL/POD)
Failure to properly note damage at delivery may void your ability to file a claim.
Concealed / Hidden Damage
Any concealed damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Customer must:
Retain all original packaging and materials
Provide photos and documentation as requested
Failure to report within this timeframe may result in denial of claim.
Refusal of Shipment
Shipments should not be refused unless there is severe and obvious damage.
Improper or unjustified refusal may result in:
Round-trip freight charges
Restocking fees
Additional handling fees
All refusals must be documented by the carrier.
Carrier Claims
The customer is responsible for filing freight claims directly with the carrier.
We will provide reasonable documentation upon request but assume no liability for carrier-related claims.
Delays
Delivery dates are estimates only and not guaranteed.
We are not liable for carrier delays, transit interruptions, or force majeure events.
