Product Information

This ground-level loaded pallet retriever and freezer spacer removal machine with a 30-40 pallet-per-hour cycle rate that significantly reduces processing times. A push-button console controls enables easy access via electric or manual pallet truck. The machine is designed, engineered and built with pride in the USA with a 36" ergonomic working table height ensures smooth, efficient operation. The PSR-90 features, benefits and specifications including: 3,000-lb. capacity pallet for heavy loads, 105 degreerotation, energy saver push button controls on an angle top console, UL certified electrical panels, with optional USDA-approved paint and stainless-steel finishes and freezer-rated controls and washdown components. Configuration Options


Options

The PSR-90 is available with options to meet the specs for your environment and application. Use the powered skate table option to position the boxes for easier freezer spacer removal. Stainless steel and Steel It paint are great options in preventing rust especially if the machine is washed down regularly. For colder environments we recommend a tank heater and ATF fluid, then add freezer rated hoses if the temperatures are below zero. High Speed Option Available.

Controls

Cherry's offers many controls configuration options for the PSR-90 to meet the needs of your cold storage or warehouse operations. The standard controls are energy saver push button controls mounted on an angle top console. Add-on safety ready controls, freezer rated controls, high-speed motion controls or downgrade to lever controls.

Guards

The standard PSR-90 can be outfitted with crash guarding or square tube rail guarding that protects the equipment against forklift damage. Optional personnel guarding features a 3-sided 78 high style perimeter guards. For added safety, purchase the light curtains package to protect the area inside of the fence and around the machine.
