Its plastic, flow‑through design features a full‑stringer bottom and optional accessories such as grommets, steel reinforcement, and interlocking grommet heads that reduce load shifting and product damage while improving stability when pallets are stacked. This 18" heavy-duty container is built for durability and industrial performance, offering a 4,000 lb load capacity for the storage and transport of manufacturing and assembly components. Featuring solid walls for maximum strength and containment, it is intended for solid parts only?not suitable for liquids or items smaller than 5/8" in diameter. It is also not FDA or USDA approved for food or pharmaceutical use. Containers ship stacked up to 86" tall for efficient logistics, and custom sizes are available to meet specific operational requirements.

Orbis Odyssey 40

A durable, rackable pallet family built for stable loads and repeat use. The Odyssey series replaces splinter-prone wood with a reusable HDPE platform designed to stay consistent in racking and automation. Molded-in friction pads help keep cartons from sliding, and select models add steel reinforcements for heavier edge-rack applications. In third-party FasTrack testing, the 40"" x 48"" Odyssey completed 400 cycles without failure, while standard white-wood stringer pallets failed after 11 - about 36× the lifespan.
