Product Descriptions

Made from top of the line materials and components to provide lasting durability and performance, the RM1150-C Pallet Changer has a 4,000 pound capacity and load table size of 40x48 inches. When you load a plastic pallet into the system using a fork truck, the system will dispense a single wood GMA shipping pallet automatically and position it under the stripper plate. A pull cord switch controls the system, activating a hydraulically operated push plate that extends to smoothly and efficiently transfer products on pallets to a stripper plate.

Once loaded onto the stripper plate, the plate retracts, transferring the product onto the wood shipping pallet. The loaded pallet is then picked up with a fork truck, while the empty plastic pallet is instantaneously indexed into the stacker and stored in the magazine.
