Stand-alone automatic load transfer station capable of handling up 60 loads per hour. Complete with automatic accumulator that stacks and stores up to 15 plastic pallets.
Product Information
Product on plastic pallet is loaded into system with a fork truck. A single wood GMA/shipping pallet is positioned by forklift under stripper plate. Utilizing a pull cord switch, operator activates system. A hydraulically operated push plate extends, transferring product to a stripper plate. Plate retracts, placing product on a wood GMA/shipping pallet. Transferred product on the wood GMA/shipping pallet is removed with a fork truck. Empty plastic pallet is automatically indexed into stacker and stored in a magazine.
