The DC-104 Pallet Inverter offers an increased range over our standard dual clamp models. Dual clamping plates travel in unison, near perfect center balance provides stable inversion of tall loads up to 104” or short partial loads down to 36". Typical users include cold storage warehouses, refrigerated mixing centers or for inbound load transfers where a variety of products may be handled: boxes, drums, pails, packaging material. Standard Features include: UL508 Certified electrical panel, six button operator pendant, maintenance lock bar, leveling tables and 2" square tube heavy duty machinery guards. Three year parts and labor warranty.

The DC-104 offers many controls configuration options to fit the needs of your warehouse operations. The standard energy saver push button pendant control can be magnetically held in placed on post, column or on the side of the guarding. A safety rated pendant adds a reset button and E-stop plus a PLd safety circuit to the main panel. Add-on auto controls, a radio remote, high-speed motion controls or a HMI console with a pedestal.

The standard DC-104 includes square tube rail guarding that protects the equipment against forklift damage. Optional personnel guarding features a 3-sided 78” high style perimeter guards or Bosch guarding with removable maintenance sections. For added safety, light curtains and safety mats can be added to protect the area inside of the fence and around the machine.
